The Oasis Residential Resorts primary concern is the quality of service, comfort, convenience and attention to detail. This has prompted us to establish the maintenance department where our highly qualified maintenance technicians are available 24-hours a day seven days a week, with a dedicated "hotline" to provide residents with all the assistance that they may require. Our maintenance team consists of specialists in carpentry, gardening, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, communication, TV satellite and desalination plant. In addition, a complete scheduled preventive maintenance and pest control program is in place.

The privacy and security of our residents is of prime importance. The Oasis Residential Resorts is bounded by 4 meter lighted security walls constructed of reinforced concrete. In order to boost an excellent level of security, there are four Security points which must be accessed prior to entry of the Oasis villas and facilities. The security personnel are on hand 24 hours a day. |

Additional security measures, including 80 C.C.T.V. cameras have been installed around the perimeter walls, and are monitored from multiple control centers. Additionally an infrared system, for early motion detection has been installed on the external wall perimeter to ensure complete privacy, safety and security to our residents. External vehicle and internal foot patrol are carried out round the clock.
