The size of the Oasis is approximately 1.3 million square feet.

How many
luxury villas are there at the Oasis?
We have a total of 200 villas, 48 apartments, 195 studio apartments plus
the Oasis Tower Hotel and Oasis Luxury Suites.

Are all of
the 6 restaurants and the recreation facilities listed on the website
located at the main/primary Oasis location (with the exception of the
Hotel and the Beach Resort)?
The specialty restaurants (Kodo, Mishal are located in Abdul Aziz
recreation building , Casa Mia and the Pastry Shop are located in the
Oasis Tower Hotel Block) , cafés are located in the bowling, poolside ,
ice rink and Musaad Beach, however Hanin and Mishal Oasis have their own
cafés as well as gymnasiums, swimming pools, tennis courts.

How
often is transportation arranged to the Beach Resort? How long does it
take to get there?
Musaad Beach open on Thursdays from 2:00pm to 6:00pm and Fridays from
9:00am to 6:00pm. Since ladies cannot drive in Saudi Arabia, Oasis
Transportation is available on Thursdays from 2:00pm to 5:00pm for the
ladies and the children. On Fridays, the family drive on their own from
the Oasis to the beach facility which is about 20 to 30 minutes drive.

What
are the fees of the Learning Center?
The Oasis Learning Center operates from Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00am
to 12:noon at the rate of SR 900.00 per month plus registration fee of SR
200.00. The center is managed and run by qualified Western female teachers
and assistants. Note: US$ 1.00 = SR 3.75
